Happy Engagement Day!!!

It has officially been one year since Gary proposed. It seems like it was just yesterday- the year has flown by. Which hopefully means the next year will fly by as well and then we will be getting married. YAY!!!!! It will be so great. Oh and by the way it is freezing and snowy here which is not romantic- but Gary and I are going off to Florida for spring break, so that will be fun and sunny.

Craziness

Gary and I are trying to become more healthy in our lifestyle which includes eating healthier, excercising regularly, etc. I've been doing really well going to the gym on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, haven't missed a day for three weeks now. I do feel a little better and can tell my muscles are tighter. I've been really proud of myself. Then Gary tells me, "I lost 8 pounds today." He went to the gym this morning and burned 1000 calories and ate very well and lost 8 friggin pounds on ONE DAY! I probably couldn't lose 8 pounds in a month if I went to the gym 7 days and week and ate 500 calories a day. Why is it that guys have such an easy time losing weight and women struggle? It's really not good for my ego, although I'm very happy for him because he is trying so hard to be healthy. So I guess I will end my complaining for now. And start going 5 days a week to the gym.

Groundhog Day...

Well rumor has it that the groundhog didn't see his shadow, so spring will be early this year. But I say that's crap! Apparently the groundhog has never been to Laramie. We still have all the snow from December and it has snowed more these last couple days. Last night is was -40 with the windchill- I feel as though I moved to Alaska!

On the upside of things, the babies are almost 6 months old and learning so much everyday. They can both roll over, laugh at almost anything, and are learning to sit on their own. I can't believe how amazing they are. Here are a couple pics of them being so darn cute.
