New... stuff

Well, I decided I would go get my hair cut this last week because it was just getting too long and out of control. I never did anything with it and it was just a pain. So I did. I really like the salon I went to and the stylist I had was great. I got darker highlights this time to try to phase out the blonde highlights that looked terrible. They still show up a little bit, but not that much. She also cut up to 7 inches off! yikes-but it looks good still. I also got new glasses finally, the first time in like 6 years or something like that. But here are some pics of the "new" me!

Yay Wedding!!

So I have been doing more thinking about the wedding lately and am very glad to report and Gary and I have officially booked a wedding and reception site! Woohoo!!!! I am very excited about it because it really feels like it's happening now. We chose the Ivinson Mansion here in Laramie and it's going to be great! They are doing a lot of remodeling this summer which will be completed by the time we need it. They are even adding a bridal suite... yay. It's a really great property and so much cheaper than ANYWHERE else on earth I'm pretty sure (besides our backyard). I can't wait to get to do more stuff. But we've come up with a lot of really cheap ideas for decorations and things that will help keep the costs to a bare minimum, which is good on our budget. But here are some pics of the property.

Back Again!!!!!

Christmas break is over and school has started again. So far my classes seem a lot more laid back and I'm hoping to have a relatively stress-free semester. But knowing me, I'll find something to stress about! The babies are growing a lot, they are five months old and so adorable. They are both laughing a lot more and becoming more mobile. Layla has become a pro at rolling over, while Aidan still has yet to try once. But he is still dealing with his torticollis (stiff neck) so that may be a reason he hasn't rolled yet.

Gary of course is doing well. He was told he gets to coach Varsity football in the fall, after only one season of JV! We are very excited and he will probably get paid quite a bit which is great as well. I can't wait for school to be done, I know once I have a job that's it, but I really think it'll be great. I haven't done any other wedding planning yet. We need to wait a little bit longer to start really planning until it's a little closer than 16 months away. But overall we are doing well. Just waiting to get busy with school and enjoying our three day weekend. Yay for Martin Luther King Day!!!!!
